Simple Summer Smoothies

Here are two delicious smoothie recipes to help you get through the hot month ahead! Take advantage of the fresh fruit from local stands and whip together your own poolside smoothie.  


Sweet Ryder Smoothie

1/4 c. chopped kale 1 whole chopped banana 1/2 c. frozen pineapple 1/2 c. frozen mango 1/2 c. coconut water 1/2 tsp chia seeds Directions: Place kale, banana, pineapple, mango, and coconut water in a blender and mix until desired consistency. Top with black chia seeds.

      Strawberry Mango Smoothie

1/2 c. frozen or fresh mangos 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries 1/4 c. coconut water sliced almonds black chia seeds Directions: Place mangos, strawberries, and coconut water in a blender and mix until desired consistency. Top with sliced almonds and black chia seeds.
